PROCEDURES AND STUDENT EXPECTATIONS

¨ LATE WORK:
Students
can turn in late work the next day for a maximum grade of 70. If the late work is not turned in the next
day, the student will be given a detention.
A zero will be given for work not completed and turned in after the next
available detention. It is the
student’s responsibility to remember to turn in their work, after the
detention. This applies even if the
student is backlogged on detentions.
¨ MAKE-UP WORK:
You
are allowed one-day make-up for each day of absence. Again, it is your responsibility to check with your teacher(s)
for make-up work. Ignorance is no
excuse.
¨ RE-TEST POLICY:
Students
who make below an 80 can retest during a seven-day period following the return
of their test for a grade no higher than an 80. For a student to be able to retest they must
meet certain criterion.

No missing assignments over tested material
3) Tutorial session
¨ CHEATING ON HOMEWORK – TEST AND OTHER ASSIGNMENTS
Students,
who participate in cheating in any form, including but not limited to
plagiarism, will receive a zero for their grade and will receive disciplinary
consequences.
¨ NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM
¨ BRING ALL MATERIALS TO CLASS:
This
includes, but not limited to, writing instrument (pen or pencil), textbook for
that subject, notebook paper and Student Planner.
Consequences: 1st offense --- warning 2nd offense---- Detention
