Degrees and Certifications:
I graduated from Bonham High School in 1989 and earned my bachelor's degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. I completed my teaching certification at Texas A&M-Commerce.
I began my teaching career at Wolfe City High School in 2004 as a Spanish teacher. Three years later, I moved to Wolfe City Middle School to teach 6th and 7th grade Reading. I taught for six years in Bonham ISD and returned to WCHS in 2015.
I have been happily married to my husband, Derek, for 23 years. We have two children-Will, who attends Grayson County College, and Reese, who is a junior at WCHS. We have two very spoiled miniature schnauzers named Jack and Dirk. We enjoy traveling, playing games, and watching movies together.
