Please note that the link for Parent Portal has changed. Please make sure you update your bookmarks with the new link.

All NEW STUDENTS to WCISD will create a new Parent Portal account. Once created, WCISD will approve the account within 48 hours so that the account is activated. After the account is activated, parent/guardian will register on-line.

All RETURNING STUDENTS to WCISD will register on-line. If you have forgotten your username, please contact the campus secretary.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

Parents / Guardians must register all WCISD students online through Parent Portal (see above) and upload the appropriate documents shown below. Families are strongly encouraged to complete online registration and upload as many registration documents as possible during this process. These documents must be uploaded prior to the first day of school.

• Student's Original Birth Certificate

• Photo ID of Parent/Guardian: Driver's license, state or international ID, or passport

• Proof of Address: Current gas, water, or electricity bill OR Mortgage or lease agreement in the name of the parent/guardian

• Current Immunization Record

• Student's Social Security Card

• Report Card from Prior School

Returning Students

• Photo ID of Parent/Guardian: Driver's license, state or international ID, or passport

• Proof of Address: Current gas, water, or electricity bill OR Mortgage or lease agreement in the name of the parent/guardian
