This week in Wolfe City Athletics!
Giving positive affirmations helps celebrate the good things we see in each other. Students and staff at Wolfe City Middle School will be able to write affirmations on a "Howl-O-Gram" throughout the school year and put it in the "Happy Howl Box" to be celebrated on daily announcements!
Qualifying for free/reduced meals also has other benefits such as free college class with PJC, waivers for the ACT and SAT, college admission fee waivers (where applicable) just to name a few. All information is confidential. The application can be completed online at www.ezmealapp.com.
Additional Substitute Teacher Training Scheduled. New and returning substitute teachers must be trained at the beginning of each school year. Only 1 training session is required. Please register using the link provided.

At WCHS, we work towards a culture of excellence with the CKH model, embracing community partnerships and not missing a chance to shout out the Good Things! And we have a lot of Good Things to share such as the incredible group of advanced academics students who have taken on dual credit classes this year! We have a group of dedicated students who have taken on the opportunities presented by the ever growing dual credit program with our partners in higher ed. We are grateful to work with ETAMU and PJC to bring these programs to our students. This is a prime example of when GOOD things become GREAT things!

Introducing our Band Member of the Week, the beautiful and talented, Ariana Jaimes. Ariana is a Senior Honor Student who is serving as this years Drum Major. She is an incredible leader in the band, academics, and in her extracurricular activities: FBLA and STUCCO. After graduation, Ariana plans to attend The University of Texas at Austin or Texas State, and would like to pursue a career in the medical field. Way to Go Ariana!
