WCISD has been monitoring the weather and local road conditions and will continue with the delayed start today, Wednesday February 19. Buses will run on a two hour pick up delay this morning. Campus classes will begin on a two hour delay as well. Grab and go breakfast will be available to students. Bundle up and drive safely!

As of right now, there will be a 2-hour delay start for the district on Wednesday, 02/19/2025. Buses will run 2 hours behind schedule for pick up times.
Elementary Start Time: 9:45 a.m.
Middle School Start Time: 9:45 a.m.
High School Start Time: 9:50 a.m.
We will be monitoring the weather closely to determine a final decision by 7:00 a.m.
Please bundle up and stay warm!!


Good Luck to our golf teams as they compete in their first matches of the season!
Girls play today 2/17 and boys play tomorrow 2/18 at Delta Country Club in Cooper, Texas.

This past week Hudson Swinson and Landon Galyon traveled to San Angelo and competed in the heifer show. Hudson placed 2nd in class, and Landon won 1st in class and was Reserve Division Champion with his Shorthorn and 1st in class and Division Champion with his Red Angus. Macie Self showed her steer at Ft. Worth on Friday where she competed in a tough class with over 65 other steers, she didn't make it into a sale spot but will compete again at Houston Livestock Show.
