These 6 students made 3 trips to Amarillo to become Industry Certified in Machinery Operations, Welding, and Lockout Tag-out.


4 members of Wolfe City FFA and Jr FFA competed at the State Fair Heifer Show this past weekend bringing home 3 Reserve Division Champions. Congratulations to all!





Application Day was a success! Seniors who signed up met with Mrs. Sample in small groups throughout the day to walk through the process of applying for colleges and get a little extra individualized help. We went through each step to apply for dream schools and backup plans... because it is important to be prepared for the future!
We can't wait to see the acceptance letters start rolling in!

Wolfe City High School will celebrate Red Ribbon Week during the week of October 30-November 3.


Attention! WCHS is experiencing some issues with the plumbing in the girls restroom. It has been closed to make sure all needed repairs are made to make it functional. The girls have been allowed to use the other female facilities on campus.

Wolfe City High School is hosting a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 28, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The community is invited!


Wolfe City Car Show will be taking place this afternoon just before the Powder Puff football game. They will be set up in the student parking lot. All individuals involved with the Powder Puff football game will need to use the grass parking area marked off for football games.

WCHS honored their leader Mr. Poe for Principal Appreciation with a "Nacho Average Principal" lunch. We didn't get a picture of him, but the teachers sure had a nice time celebrating together! Check out those smiles ...and piles of nachos! Mr. Poe, we appreciate YOU!


The Class of 2024 yearbook photo shoot will be this Friday, October 13, beginning at 8:00 am.


Fire drill has completed. Students and staff were amazing and drill was executed very well.

Support your Wolfe City teams and cancer awareness in October! Pink Out games are Tuesday, October 10, for volleyball, and Friday, October 13, for football. On Friday, the pep rally theme is "Barbie"!


A small group of seniors took a tour of Special Products Manufacturing facility in Rockwall, invited there as a part of National Manufacturing Day. Students were able to see the process and all departments of manufacturing…. From sales, tech, engineering, welding, production, painting, quality control, shipping, and everything else in between. They even got to run some of the machinery! Very cool day indeed! Workforce Solutions of North Central Texas representatives were in Senior Success classes today to visit with our soon-to-be-grads about a program that can help them overcome any hurdle that stands between them and their college/career plans after high school.
