WCHS Student Council delegates attended the District 3 Conference in McKinney on Saturday. They attended leadership presentations and workshops. Wolfe City earned the recognition of being a Blue Ribbon Sweepstakes school for the 24-25 school year.
This is a BIG deal for StuCo students and their fearless leader, Mrs Fitzgerald!
StuCo makes WCHS look good! Way to represent at the conference showcasing all that you do. Your work all year is helpful and inspiring for our entire campus!

WCHS performed their One Act Play today, earning. 5th place. And while they did not advance to the next round, they did bring home some individual medals!

As February comes to a close, it is the perfect time to take a look at the Career and Technical Education courses that are offered at WCISD! In February, public schools celebrate CTE by showcasing their programs of study, certifications, and courses offered as a way for students to explore career possibilities and study in their areas of interest and become better prepared for post-secondary success!!!

Attention PJC Dual Credit Students...due to potentially hazardous travel conditions, there will not be a bus traveling to PJC for classes on Wednesday, February 19th. . Officials at PJC have been notified that you will not be in attendance; however, you need to make sure you are checking your online class portal to stay on top on any assignments.
Attention Pride Prep Students...instruction for Wednesday, February 19th will be online due to potential hazardous travel conditions. Please make sure you check your online class (D2L) for information on assignments.

Plans are underway! The Wolfe City Homecoming is scheduled for June 13-14, 2025!

WCHS classes will resume at regular time tomorrow, Monday, January 13. College classes begin in the morning as well.

Dual credit classes will begin on Monday, January 13th. The bus for PJC will depart from WCHS at 7:25 am. The bus for ETAMUC will depart from WCHS at 6:45 am. Please make sure you are on time.

Spring Semester is Here, WCHS!!! Tomorrow staff reports to campus for a professional development work day. These WCHS students competed at Area contest Friday fighting for a chance to advance to state. Unfortunately, they came up just a few places short, but still came home with some banners. Congratulations to Greenhand Spanish Creed Speaking 4th, Public Relations 5th, and Radio Broadcasting had some hard luck placing 11th.

WCHS celebrated Sept/Oct birthdays! We certainly are blessed with some of the best teachers and staff! Happy Birthday to you all.

Let's SCARE AWAY HUNGER! At WCHS, students may wear school-appropriate Halloween costumes and are asked to donate canned goods on Thursday, October 31.

WCHS delegates traveled to the Student Council District 3 Fall Conference held at Coppell High School. They spent the day hearing from inspirational speakers and attending breakout workshops. The conference was themed around the “Aloha Spirit.”
